      胜利油田金桥培训中心成立于2002年12月，是由山东胜利教育产业发展有限公司（胜利石油管理局教育培训处工会社团法人控股的有限责任公司）开办，在东营区教育局、民政局正式登记注册的，具有《中华人民共和国社会力量办学资格》的法人培训机构，东营市民办教育协会会员单位，2003-2005连续三年被东营市民政局评为全市民办非企业先进单位，2006年获“全市民办非企业单位自律与诚信建设先进单位”。

      服务范围：企业、学校及其他社会组织的管理知识，技能培训，对外文化交流，中、外教英语培训，中小学生文化补习及同步辅导等。
